SUNNYSIDE, Wash. — Ethan Copeland proved his league-leading scoring average is no fluke as his 29-point outburst led Sunnyside to a 73-64 victory over Davis in CBBN boys basketball Friday night.

The 6-foot-2 junior hit two 3-pointers and four free throws in the fourth quarter and finished with seven rebounds and four steals.

Daniel Singleterry, also a junior, came up big as well for the Grizzlies, scoring 28 points to go with his six boards and four steals.

Earl Lee netted 16 points for Davis and teammate Dhantaye Bennet-Joe scored 14.
