It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Cynthia Howard on October 17, 2017. Cindy was born in Yakima on August 28, 1953, to Jack R. and Lucille (Ferguson) Wright.

She graduated from Toppenish High School and Central Washington University. She was a special education teacher for over thirty-five years.

She leaves behind two sons, Thomas and Jake Howard of Castle Rock, WA; her mother Lucille McFarland of Yakima; two brothers, Mike Wright of Selah and Timothy Wright of Idaho, one sister, Jonni (Barry) Murphy of Milwaukie, OR; one nephew, Michael Wright II of Portland, OR, and one niece, Thailee Wright of Moxee.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Wright, step-father, Dick McFarland, grandparents Grace and Les Wardle and Bessie Kearney and Austin Ferguson.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
