A man wearing personal protective equipment carries the body of his three-month-old son who died of COVID-19 in New Delhi, India, Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020. Its death toll of only 83,000 in a country of 1.3 billion people, however, is raising questions about the way it counts fatalities from COVID-19.
