Monday — Shepherd’s pie, mashed potatoes in entrée, broccoli, pears.

Tuesday — Pork stir fry with brown rice, stir fry vegetables, cucumbers with ranch, apple sauce.

Wednesday — Chicken noodle casserole, peas, green beans, fresh fruit.

Thursday — White bean chili, diced carrots, tossed salad with tomatoes, fresh fruit, corn bread.

Friday — Chicken teriyaki with yakisoba noodles, Oriental vegetables, cauliflower, pineapple.

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Tuesday — Chicken tamales, stir fry vegetables, cucumber with ranch, apple sauce.

Wednesday — Beef barbacoa with brown rice, peas, green beans, fresh fruit.

Thursday — Chicken tacos, lettuce and tomatoes, diced carrots, fresh fruit.

Friday — Bean and cheese burrito with brown rice, Oriental vegetables, cauliflower, pineapple.

Lunes — Pozole de puerco, repollo y limón, peras.

Martes — Tamales de pollo, verduras, pepinos con aderezo de ranch, puré de manzana.

Miércoles — Barbacoa de res con arroz integral, chícharos, judías verdes, fruta fresca.

Jueves — Tacos de pollo, lechuga, jitomates, zanahoras en cuadritos, fruta fresca.

Viernes — Burrito de frijoles y queso con arroz integral, verduras, coliflor, piña.

Call 509-426-2601 by 3:30 p.m. the day before to register for lunch. Lunches are served at Union Gap Senior Center, Sunnyside Senior Center, Grandview Senior Center, Harman Center, Southeast Community Center and the Selah Civic Center.
