Monday — Chicken salad sandwich, lettuce and tomatoes, cucumber salad, fresh fruit.

Tuesday — Broccoli cheddar soup, ham sandwich, peas, peaches.

Wednesday — Spaghetti with meat sauce, country trio vegetables, zucchini, apple, dinner roll.

Thursday — Lo Mein with beef, stir-fry vegetables, fresh fruit.

Friday — Ranch chicken wrap with lettuce and tomatoes, carrot raisin salad, banana.

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Monday — Pork with potatoes in tomatillo sauce, cucumber salad, fresh fruit.

Tuesday — Cumin and lime baked chicken, diced carrots, peas, peaches.

Wednesday — Acapulco chicken, sauteed peppers, country trio vegetables, apple.

Thursday — Eggs and tortilla scramble, refried beans, stir-fry vegetables, fresh fruit

Friday — Beef tamale pie, tossed salad with tomatoes, carrot raisin salad, banana.

Lunes — Cerdo con papas en salsa de tomatillo, ensalada de pepino, fruta fresca.

Martes — Pollo al horno con comino y lima, zanahorias, chícharos, duraznos.

Miércoles — Pollo Acapulco, pimientos, verduras, manzana.

Jueves — Huevos y tortilla revueltos, frijoles refritos, vegetales, fruta fresca

Viernes — Tarta de tamal de res, ensalada con tomates, ensalada de zanahoria y plátano.

Call 509-426-2601 by 3:30 p.m. the day before to register for lunch. Lunches are served at Union Gap Senior Center, Sunnyside Senior Center, Grandview Senior Center, Harman Center, Southeast Community Center and the Selah Civic Center.
