Tuesday — Chicken and stuffing, mixed vegetables, zucchini, orange.

Wednesday — Scalloped potatoes with ham, three bean salad, pineapple

Thursday — Beef stir-fry with noodles, cucumber slices with ranch dressing, pears.

Friday — Cheeseburger, lettuce, tomatoes and onions, potato salad, fresh fruit.

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Monday — Cheese stuffed peppers, peas, fresh fruit.

Tuesday — Green mole with rice, zucchini, mixed vegetables, orange.

Wednesday —Shredded chicken tacos, shredded lettuce and tomatoes, three bean salad, pineapple.

Thursday — Black bean enchilada casserole, stir-fry vegetables, sliced cucumbers with ranch dressing, pears.

Friday — Scrambled eggs and tortillas, tossed salad with tomatoes, potato salad, fresh fruit.

Lunes —Pimientos rellenos de queso, chícharos, fruta fresca.

Martes — Mole verde con arroz, calabacín, verduras.

Miércoles —Tacos de pollo, lechuga y jitomates, ensalada de tres frijoles, piña.

Jueves — Cazuela de enchiliada con frijoles negros, verduras, pepinos con aderezo de Ranch, peras.

Viernes — Huevos revueltos con tortillas, ensalada con jitomates, ensalada de papa, fruta fresca.

Call 509-426-2601 by 3:30 p.m. the day before to register for lunch. Lunches are served at Union Gap Senior Center, Sunnyside Senior Center, Grandview Senior Center, Harman Center, Southeast Community Center and the Selah Civic Center.
