Monday — Meatball marinara sub, green beans, diced carrots, fresh fruit.

Tuesday — Chicken stir-fry with rice, zucchini, banana.

Wednesday — Vegetables noodle casserole, Capri blend vegetables, apricots.

Thursday — Southwest ziti, black beans, peas, pineapple.

Friday — Beef chili with cheese sandwich, carrot raisin salad, fresh fruit.

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Monday — Pinto beans and ham soup, diced carrots, fresh fruit.

Tuesday — Beef with red sauce and rice, stir-fry vegetables, zucchini, banana.

Wednesday — Grilled fish tacos, shredded lettuce and tomatoes, Capri blend vegetables, apricots.

Thursday — Chicken mole with rice, black beans, peas, pineapple.

Friday — Pork fajitas with green peppers and onions, carrot raisin salad, fresh fruit.

Lunes — Sopa de frijoles pintos con jamón, zanahorias, fruta fresca.

Martes — Carne de res con salsa roja y arroz, verduras, calabacín, plátano.

Miércoles — Tacos de pescado a la parrilla, lechuga y jitomates, verduras y chabacanos.

Jueves— Mole de pollo con arroz, frijoles negros, chícharos, piña.

Viernes — Fajitas de cerdo con pimientos verdes y cebolla, ensalada de zanahoria y pasas, fruta fresca.

Call 509-426-2601 by 3:30 p.m. the day before to register for lunch. Lunches are served at Union Gap Senior Center, Sunnyside Senior Center, Grandview Senior Center, Harman Center, Southeast Community Center and the Selah Civic Center.
