Monday — Sweet and sour pork with rice, stir-fry vegetables, diced carrots, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday — Beef gravy, mashed potatoes and Normandy blend vegetables in entrée, orange.

Wednesday — Split pea soup, cheese sandwich, diced carrots, cucumbers with ranch, pineapple.

Thursday — Fish casserole, mixed vegetables, green beans, peaches.

Friday — Chicken and mushroom soup with brown rice, vegetables in entrée, mandarin oranges.

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Tuesday — Cumin and lime baked chicken, mashed potatoes, Normandy blend vegetables, orange.

Wednesday — Acapulco chicken, peppers in entrée, cucumbers with ranch, pineapple.

Thursday — Eggs and tortilla scramble, green beans, mixed vegetables, peaches.

Friday — Beef tamale pie, refried beans, peas, mandarin oranges.

Lunes — Cerdo con papas en salsa de tomatillo, zanahorias, cóctel de fruta.

Martes — Pollo al horno con comino y lima, puré de papas, verduras, naranja.

Miércoles — Pollo Acapulco con pimientos, pepinos con aderezo Ranch, piña.

Jueves — Huevos revueltos y tortilla, judías verdes, duraznos.

Viernes — Pastel de tamales de res, frijoes refritos, chícharos, mandarinas.

Call 509-426-2601 by 3:30 p.m. the day before to register for lunch. Lunches are served at Union Gap Senior Center, Sunnyside Senior Center, Grandview Senior Center, Harman Center, Southeast Community Center and the Selah Civic Center.
