Tuesday — Chicken and stuffing, Capri blend vegetables, sweet potatoes, fresh fruit.

Wednesday — Roast turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, apple sauce, pumpkin pie, dinner roll.

Thursday — Thanksgiving Day holiday, closed.

Friday — Thanksgiving holiday, closed.

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Monday — Cheese stuffed peppers, coleslaw, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday — Green beef mole with rice, sweet potatoes, Carpi blend vegetables, fresh fruit.

Wednesday — Shredded chicken tacos, shredded lettuce and tomatoes, green beans casserole, apple sauce, pumpkin pie.

Thursday — Thanksgiving Day holiday, closed.

Friday — Thanksgiving holiday, closed.

Lunes — Pimientos rellenos con queso, ensalada de col, cóctel de frutas.

Martes — Mole verde de carne con arroz, papas dulces, verduras, fruta fresca.
