Monday — Ham and cheese sandwich with tomato soup, mixed vegetables, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday — Coconut chicken curry with rice, mixed vegetables, cucumber salad, pineapple.

Wednesday — Cheeseburger, lettuce, tomatoes and onions, three-bean salad, fresh fruit.

Thursday — Pasta and bean soup, diced carrots, cauliflower, fresh fruit, corn bread.

Friday — Beef lasagna casserole, zucchini, peas, peaches.

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Wednesday — Pinto beans and ham soup, three-bean salad, fresh fruit.

Friday — Scrambled eggs with cactus, zucchini, peaches.

Lunes — Pollo en salsa de crema con arroz, verduras, cóctel de frutas.

Martes — Mole de cerdo con arroz, judías verdes, ensalada oriental de pepino, piña.

Miércoles — Sopa de frijoles pintos con jamón, ensalada de tres frijoles, fruta fresca.

Jueves — Burrito de carne y frijoles, zanahorias, fruta fresca.

Viernes — Hueves revueltos con nopales, calabacín, duraznos.

Call 509-426-2601 by 3:30 p.m. the day before to register for lunch. Lunches are served at Union Gap Senior Center, Sunnyside Senior Center, Grandview Senior Center, Harman Center, Southeast Community Center and the Selah Civic Center.
