Tuesday — Chicken Parmesan, Normandy blend vegetables, sweet potatoes, fresh fruit.

Wednesday — Ham fried rice, stewed tomatoes, peas, pears.

Thursday — Chicken pot pie, broccoli, fresh fruit, biscuit.

Friday — Meat loaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, fruit cocktail.

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Tuesday — Fish tacos, lettuce and tomatoes, Normandy blend vegetables, fresh fruit.

Wednesday — Chicken with red sauce, peas, stewed tomatoes, pears.

Thursday — Beef fajitas, broccoli, fresh fruit.

Friday — Chicken mole, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, fruit cocktail.

Lunes — Tacos de cerdo, lechuga y jitomates, ensalada de zanahorias con pasas, fruta fresca.

Martes — Tascos de pescado, lechuga y jitomates, veduras, fruta fresca.

Miércoles — Pollo en salsa roja, chícharos, jitomates guisados, peras.

Jueves — Fajitas de res, brócoli, fruta fresca.

Viernes — Mole de pollo, puré de papa, ensalada de col, cóctel de frutas.

Call 509-426-2601 by 3:30 p.m. the day before to register for lunch. Lunches are served at Union Gap Senior Center, Sunnyside Senior Center, Grandview Senior Center, Harman Center, Southeast Community Center and the Selah Civic Center.
