Raffle tickets for a modern, three-bedroom, 2,200-square-foot West Valley home built by Perry Technical Institute students will go on sale starting Saturday.
Raffle tickets for the home valued at roughly $350,000 will be sold for $100 each during the fall open house Saturday on campus.
The house will be built this school year by students in four programs: construction, plumbing, electrical technology and HVAC.
It sits on a quarter-acre lot with a patio and two-car garage. The house has a spacious living room, a kitchen with a breakfast nook, two bathrooms, a dining room or study and a second-floor bonus room.
The open house is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Perry Tech at 2011 W. Washington Ave. Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets. The raffle drawing is scheduled Sept. 2, 2020.
