GRANGER, Wash. — Yakima County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the death of a man Friday near Granger.
Deputies found the man dead in the 1600 block of Cherry Hill Road and are investigating the incident as a possible homicide, said Sheriff’s Office spokesman Casey Schilperoort.
Deputies are waiting for results of this morning’s autopsy to confirm the man’s identity and cause of death, he said.
More information about the case will be released later today, Schilperoort said.
