Mistry came to the Yakima Valley three years ago and joined the team at Yakima Pediatrics, where he diagnoses, treats and promotes health and wellness in patients from birth to age 21. A little more than a year ago, he became medical director, where he oversees clinical operations and medical services. With a team he calls "among the best pediatric health care providers" he's ever seen and the variety of resources available, Mistry said he plans to stay in Yakima for the long term. "I find this work to be encouraging and inspiring," he said. "So I can't imagine a better job, better colleagues or a better population to serve."
