YAKAMA NATION HOUSING AUTHORITY PROFESSIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES
The Yakama Nation Housing Authority (YNHA) is requesting Proposals from qualified individuals or firms for Professional Consulting to assist YNHA in Project Management for a new development project, titled Tax Credit 8 Wishram. The total project consists of 46 single family homes. Eight (8) are currently underway and the infrastructure for these homes is partially complete. The deadline for completion of the project is December 31, 2022. Individuals or firms may send a proposal for one or as many specialties they are expert in. RFP packages may be obtained electronically from: callie@ynha.com This proposal is open to Indian and non-Indian firms. Indian preference applies to the work performed under this contract pursuant to CFR Part 1000 subject to Section 7(B) of the Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C.450E(B)).
