Invitation for Bid Subcontractors Gorge View Country Estates Housing Development YNHA Tax Credit 8 Limited Partnership
The Yakama Nation Housing Authority “YNHA” requested sealed bids from licensed contractors on the project YNHA TC 8 Gorge View Country Estates for several subcontractor designations. This project is for the construction of 46 new single family homes. The owner of the project will be the YNHA Tax Credit 8, Limited Partnership. YNHA is its General Partner and the General Contractor of the project. The project is located in Wishram, WA, with the nearest intersection located at SR 14 and Gorge View Country Drive. Several designations did not receive the required number of qualified bidders by the initial deadline so the deadline for submitting bids for the following trades will be extended: Final Cleaning, Concrete Foundation, Framing, Insulation, Countertops, Plumbing, Earthwork and Asphalt. The new deadline for bids for those trades is 11:00 a.m. PST February 25th, 2021, after which time no further bids will be accepted. All bids which are submitted before the deadline will be publicly opened and summarily read. Project documents must be obtained from the Yakama Nation Housing Authority at 611S Camas Ave. Wapato WA. This invitation is open to Indian and non-Indian persons and firms. Indian preference applies to this project, pursuant to 24CFR 1000.48-52 and Section 7(b) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Act (25 U.S.C. 450e(b)). Preference in the award of contracts and subcontracts must be given to Indian Organizations and Indian-owned enterprises. TERO ordinance applies to this project.
