Fort Simcoe Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center: White Swan, Washington   PUBLIC NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY Draft Environmental Assessment Fort Simcoe Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center Replacement of the Water Distribution System White Swan, Washington   Pursuant to the regulations for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 (42 United States Code [USC] 4321 et seq.) and the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations (40 Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] 1500 to 1508), the Department of Labor (DOL) has prepared an environmental assessment (EA) to analyze potential impacts on the natural and built environment that may result from replacement of the water distribution system at the Fort Simcoe Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located at 40 Abella Lane, White Swan, WA 98952. Public Availability: The DOL is gathering input from regulatory agencies and the public to consider any potential impacts. The Draft EA is available for review on the Department of Labor website at: https://www.dol.gov/agencies /eta/jobcorps/announcements. All comments will be submitted electronically by email at the address provided on the DOL webpage link above.
