CITY OF YAKIMA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING’ Preliminary Long Plat of Aspen Estates
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yakima City Council will conduct a Closed Record Public Hearing to consider the Planning Commission’s recommendation regarding the preliminary long plat of Aspen Estates, to subdivide one parcel approximately 22.64 acres in size into 105 single family lots located in single-family residential (R-1) zoning district, located in the vicinity of S. 60th Ave and W. Washington Ave submitted by Aspen Estates LLC. Said closed record public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers at City Hall located at 129 North 2nd Street, Yakima, WA. Closed Record Hearing means the public is invited to testify on the existing Planning Commission’s records but will not be allowed to introduce any new information.
