Applicant, Project Description, and Estimated Costs:
AH NP8—Astria Health is proposing to establish a 27-station kidney dialysis facility to be located at 209 S 12th Avenue, Suite 100 in Yakima . The estimated capital expenditure for this project is $2,973,567.
Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc. is proposing to establish a 16-station kidney dialysis facility to be located at 916 N 16th Avenue, Suite 100 in Yakima . The estimated capital expenditure for this project is $2,604,524.
Northwest Kidney Centers is proposing to establish a 27-station kidney dialysis facility to be located at 14 S 5th Avenue in Yakima . The estimated capital expenditure for this project is $6,798,959.
Public Hearing: No public hearing will be held unless requested. Request must be in writing and include the name, address, and signature of the person making the request. The deadline for requesting a public hearing is Tuesday, September 22, 2020. If a public hearing is scheduled, the hearing notice will be published in the Yakima Herald at least 15 days before the date of hearing.
Public Comment Period: If no public hearing is held, written comments must be received at the Certificate of Need Program office by Thursday, October 8, 2020. Send public hearing requests or written comments to:
