Oord - 50 Years

Don & Annie were married January 31, 1970 in a small family wedding in Toppenish, Washington. Don worked for 31 years for WSDOT, hired as an engineer, but spent the winters driving a snowplow. His last job was with the Selah Interchange Project.

Annie worked for many years as a restaurant cook and was a cook at CWU before becoming Activity Directory at Ponderosa Assisted Living Community, retiring after 25 years.

We are blessed with two sons: Bill Barnes and Ed Oord (Jenn), three grandchildren: Allie (James), Keith (Becca) and Sam. One great-grandson: Mason, with a sibling on the way. We are planning a trip to Lincoln City in early summer.

We Are Celebrating On: February 1st Starting At 5 p.m. At: Little Dutch Inn, Yakima. Stop By and Join Us!.
