Laurence Guisinger is the new lead pastor at the Granger Assembly of God Church. He was awarded his pastor’s license through the Assemblies of God in June.

He previously served as a youth pastor in churches in Rainier, Willamina and Salem, Ore., and in Carmichael, Calif.

Guisinger, 35, attended Northwest University in Kirkland and in Salem, Ore., and completed correspondence work through Global University in Springfield, Mo. He plans to obtain his associate degree in Christian leadership in May.

Guisinger and his wife, Sandra, have four children, Andrea, 12, Keely, 10, Tobi, 9, and Elijah, 8.

Services at Granger Assembly of God are at 11 a.m. Sundays, with Sunday school at 9:45 a.m. There is a nursery for parents to take small children where they can still see and hear the service.

Wednesday Family Night starts at 7 p.m.

Classes, for children up to age 12 and for youth in sixth to 12th grades are offered Sundays and Wednesdays.
