Although there will be more wine than waves, Silver Lake Winery at Roza Hills is hosting a beach party and clam bake this weekend.

The summertime (and sangria-fueled) festivities begin at noon Saturday at the winery's scenic "viniferanda" at 1500 Vintage Road in Zillah. Here's the schedule of fun in the sun:

* Volleyball court open all day.

* Noon to 4 p.m. -- barbecued foods ($10).

* 1-4 p.m. -- Guitarist Jim Henson.

* 4-8 p.m. -- Gumbo rock from Larry La Riviere & The Bayou Boys.

* 5-8:30 p.m. -- Clam bake with clams, mussels, red potatoes, corn on the cob and linguiça (a Portuguese sausage) steamed in an open pit barbecue ($15).

* 8:30 p.m. -- Outdoor showing of "Casablanca."
