Older American Nutrition Program

(Call 574-2200 the day before by 4 p.m. to register for lunch.)

Today: Minestrone soup, half ham sandwich, tossed green salad, peaches, cookie.

Tuesday: Chef salad, ham, turkey, cheese, egg, tomatoes, apple, muffin.

Wednesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, beets, mixed fruit, cookie.

Thursday: Navy bean soup, cottage cheese, pineapple, brownie.

Friday: Beef stroganoff, coleslaw, mixed vegetables, orange, frosted cake.

 

Authentic Mexican meals are available at all sites.

Today: Chicken and noodles, tossed green salad, mixed vegetables, peaches, cookie.

Tuesday: Beef enchilada casserole refried beans, peas and carrots, muffin.

Thursday: Chicken mole, corn, Spanish rice, broccoli, pineapple, brownie.

Friday: Mexican chili beans, mixed vegetables, coleslaw, orange, frosted cake.

Thursday: Pork apritada, pork stir fry, pancit, rice, cookie or fresh fruit.

Today: Jell-O salad, baked potato bar, ham, broccoli, cheese, cake.

Tuesday: Fruit cups, meat loaf, coleslaw toss, corn, apple crisp.

Wednesday: Coleslaw, beef tips over noodles, corn, peach cobbler.

Thursday: Pea salad, chicken pot pies, green beans, brownie.

Friday: Lettuce, tomato, onion, poor boy sandwiches, pork and beans, chips, pudding.
