Name: Dakota Rowsey

School/year in school/age: West Valley High School, sophomore, 15.

Actvities/hobbies/clubs: Drawing, writing, playing video games, listening to music. Sometimes I just sit and think.

Favorite food: Biscuits and gravy, and smoked salmon.

Favorite movies: "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle."

Favorite books: "Eragon" and "Eldest" by Christopher Paolini, and the Halo series of books.

Favorite music, musicians or bands: Disturbed and Family Force 5.

Most treasured possession: I would have to say my colored pencils. Bringing up a close second would be my iPod.

Favorite place to go in your hometown: The Valley Mall; I hang out there with my friends almost weekly.

Which person do you most admire and why? My friend Stephanie. She has to deal with so much and yet she still manages to survive and do well in school. I'm glad I have her friendship.

What would you do with $1 million? Put it in the bank as soon as possible, let it accumulate interest, and split it up 10 years from now between my friends.

Three words to best describe yourself: Imaginative, analytical, direct.

Worst fear: Not going to college.

When and where were you the happiest? I always try to be happy.

Where and how do you see yourself in 10 years? Vigilantly pursuing a career in genetics.

Which person do you most admire and why? My sisters because they're always there for me.

What would you do with $1 million? I'd pay for college and get a car.

What is your greatest achievement? Getting a varsity letter my freshman year.

Worst fear: Snakes.

Greatest wish: To have a 4.0 grade point average.

When and where were you happiest? In California, visiting my family.

Where and how do you see yourself in 10 years? With a good job and possibly a family.
