Medical
Several staff members of Peak Performance Sports & Spine Physical Therapy recently completed training from Empiridence Seminar in Portland. The training focused on hands-on, manual therapy treatment techniques as well as functional rehabilitation exercises designed to address challenging shoulder injuries. Those completing the training included Doug Sarver, Greg Huefner, Sheryl Fairchild and Amy Orvald.
Real Estate
The Yakima Association of Realtors recently elected the following officers and members to their board of directors. Officers are Tom Trepanier, Windermere Real Estate, president; Chris Nass, Rose & Associates, president-elect; and Ronda Rose, Rose & Associates, secretary/treasurer. The new directors are: Abdul Alattas, Century 21 Central Realty; Cheri Daniels, Lakemont Real Estate; and Steve Emhoff, Emhoff Group.
Amanda McCabe has taken sole ownership of Viewmont Mortgage. McCabe, who has been the designated broker since the firm opened in 2006, has been in real estate and mortgage lending for more than seven years. She is a native of The Dalles, Ore., and a graduate of Central Washington University.
