State ranking: No. 4.

Note: Squalicum, which was 0-2 at state prior to this season, owns a 15-game win streak since a 1-0 loss to rival and semifinalist Sehome on Sept. 20. Against Hockinson the Storm scored three goals within 3:40 early in the second half.
Sumner Spartans
Record: 19-0 overall, 14-0 SPSL 2A.
State ranking: No. 1.

State history: Six appearances, no trophies.

Leading scorers: Kaylie Rozell (sr.) 31 goals, 14 assists; Ellie Degoede 18 goals, 7 assists; Brooke Lancaster 18 goals, 3 assists.
Note: Sumner, the season-long No. 1, posted 14 straight shutouts before allowing a goal to Kingston in the first round. Rozell was the SPSL 2A offensive MVP, and Gonzaga-bound Sarah Carter was the defensive MVP.
Sehome Mariners
Record: 19-1-1 overall, 12-0 Northwest League.
State ranking: No. 6.
Postseason: d. Cedarcrest 5-2; d. Granite Falls 2-1; lost to Squalicum 2-1; d. North Kitsap 3-0; d. Klahowya 1-0 (SO).
State history: Six appearances, two trophies, one title (2010, 2A).
GF-GA: 70-12.

Note: Sehome is the most experienced team in the field, having reached the final four for the third time in four years. The Mariners had won 16 in a row prior to losing to Squalicum in the district final.
West Valley Rams
Record: 20-0 overall, 9-0 CWAC.
State ranking: No. 2.

Note: Baylor-bound Lindsay Burns was the CWAC defensive MVP, anchoring a defense that has 15 shutouts. Versatile senior co-captain Rozlyn Pratt shares goalkeeping duties with Stephanie Gibson and has scored 11 goals.
