After a hectic week of state volleyball, we’re down to three teams for the fall season — West Valley in girls soccer and Prosser and Cle Elum in football.

West Valley will take its 20-0 record into the 2A state semifinals at Shoreline Stadium on Friday for an 8 p.m. clash with Sehome (19-1-1), which outlasted Klahowya 1-0 in a shootout in the quarterfinals. In the first semifinal at 6 p.m., Squalicum (19-1-1) will play top-ranked Sumner (19-0).

On Saturday at Shoreline Stadium, the match for third and fourth place will be played at noon followed by the championship game at 4 p.m.

In the 2A football quarterfinals, Prosser (10-1) will meet CWAC rival Othello (11-0) on Saturday at Kennewick’s Lampson Stadium at 3 p.m. Othello handed the Mustangs their only loss, 30-14, on Sept. 14 in Othello.

Cle Elum (10-1) will play Royal (11-0) in a 1A quarterfinal on Saturday at Moses Lake’s Lions Field at 1 p.m. The two SCAC teams outscored their first-round opponents 118-20.
