Helen C. Dudrey, 92, of Yakima died Saturday.
Mrs. Dudrey was born in Grand Island, Neb. She lived in Union Gap for 60 years. She was a schoolteacher and started teaching in a one-room school house in Wyoming. She was also a librarian in Union Gap.
Survivors include two daughters, Joellen Bennett and Sheila Russell, both of Yakima; one brother, Jim Guilford of Broken Bow, Neb.; one sister, Karen Schwartz of Vail, S.D.; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Keith and Keith Funeral Home. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Keith and Keith Terrace Heights Chapel with burial to follow at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
