B.L. “Dusty” Robillard, 81, died Friday at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Robillard was born in Moxee and lived in Yakima. He served in the Coast Guard during the Korean War, then returned to Yakima to work for Wikstrom Motor Co. He was the first hired employee for Bi-Mart, where he worked for 36 years before retiring as store manager in 1994.
He is survived by his wife, Julie Robillard of Yakima; five children, Paula Slaye and Richard Robillard, both of Yakima, Doug Robillard of Maple Valley, Mark Robillard of Buckley and Lynne Robillard of Renton; a sister, Irene Brison of Yakima; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Vigil services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at Holy Family Catholic Church Chapel, Yakima. A memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the church, with private family inurnment at Calvary Cemetery, Yakima. Arrangements are by Brookside Funeral Home and Crematory.
