Raymond J. Stenberg, 84, of Yakima died Saturday at Crescent Convalescent Center.

Mr. Stenberg was born in Portland. He served in the Air Force from 1952 to 1956. He worked at Richards for Men for many years before working in the funeral profession for 50 years.

Survivors include his wife, Elsine; a daughter, Tina Bowden; a son, Rod Stenberg; four stepchildren, Stan Brader, Dean Brader and Paula White, all of Yakima, and Steve Brader of Moses Lake; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be from noon to 6 p.m. Thursday at Brookside Funeral Home, Moxee. The funeral will be at noon Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. in Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
