Leonard Tulee, 54, of Toppenish died Friday in Yakima.
Mr. Tulee was born in Harrah and was a member of the Yakama Nation. He worked 35 years in Toppenish and Glenwood for the Yakama Nation Forestry Service in fire control and as a log scale operator.
Survivors include three brothers, Cecil Tulee of Warm Springs, Ore., and Clifford Tulee Jr. and Francis Tulee, both of Harrah; four sisters, Patricia Tulee of Madras, Ore., Maria Tulee and Loretta Tulee-Kalama, both of Toppenish, and Jessie Tulee-Hill of Wapato; and 15 grandchildren.
Dressing service and overnight services were Monday at the 1910 Shaker Church in White Swan. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. today at the church, with burial to follow in the Methodist Cemetery in White Swan. Arrangements are by Merritt Funeral Home, Wapato.
