Gordon Lee Mull, 77, of Toppenish died Friday in Yakima.

Mr. Mull was born in St. Ignatius, Mont. He served in the Navy from 1952-1956, was a firefighter in Toppenish and also worked for Pacific Car and Foundry in Renton. Later, he was self-employed in the oil business, retiring in 1997.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Mull of Toppenish; two sons, Bryan Mull of Fresno, Calif., and Justin Mull of Yakima; two daughters, Carol Swallow of Zillah and Danielle York of Buena; a sister, Loretta Cole of Maple Valley; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A friends and family gathering for lunch and sharing memories will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 4 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Zillah. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home, Zillah.
