James “Jim” A. Lindercamp, 87, of Yakima died Monday.

Mr. Lindercamp was born in Wahoo, Neb. He served in the Navy during World War II. He moved to Yakima and worked for Pacific Power and Light Co. as a sales agent. He was later a Yakima County Sheriff’s deputy and retired in 1977.

Survivors include his friend, Kurt Schlect.

Per Mr. Lindercamp’s request, there will be no services. Arrangements are by Brookside Funeral Home and Crematory, Yakima.
