Encarnacion Chavez Aguilar, 89, of Mabton died Wednesday. Mrs. Aguilar was born in Guerrero, Mexico, and moved to Washington 2000.

Survivors include six sons, Pascual Torres and Jose Torres, both of Mexico, Tomas Torres, Salomon Torres and Pedro Torres, all of Mabton, and Rogelio Torres of Sunnyside; four daughters, Sofia Torres of Kennewick and Esperanza Torres, Paula Torres and Juana Torres, all of Mabton; two brothers, Wuenseslao Chavez and Santiago Chavez, both of Mexico; 41 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Sunnyside Christian Reformed Church. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 am. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Mabton. Graveside services will follow in the Mabton City Cemetery. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home, Sunnyside.
