Rolland D. Todd Sr., 76, died Thursday at Cottage in the Meadow in Yakima.

He was born in Manes, Mo., and moved to Washington at age 6. He graduated from Eastern Washington State University in 1963 and was a program director for the YWCA in Roseburg, Ore., until 1966. He then worked in various capacities for Jobs Corps until 1987, and spent the next 15 years working in transportation for the West Valley School Distirct. He retired in 2002.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Woody Todd of Yakima; three stepsons, Brain Woody and Steve Woody, both of Yakima, and James Woody of Reno, Nev.; and two sisters, Mildred Lumberg and Ruth Pepin, both of Wenatchee.

A memorial will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Rainier Memorial Center. Arrangements are by Keith and Keith Funeral Home of Yakima.
