NACHES — A 50-year-old Western Washington woman died Saturday afternoon when the vehicle she was driving rolled over on U.S. Highway 12, about two miles west of the intersection with State Route 410, the Washington State Patrol said.

Troopers identified the woman as Deborah Corbin of Elma.

A patrol news release reported Corbin was driving eastbound shortly before 1:30 p.m. when her 1996 Ford Explorer drifted onto the right shoulder of the highway. She overcorrected, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway to the left and roll over.

Corbin was not wearing a seat belt.

Drugs or alcohol were not a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation, the new release said.
