SUNNYSIDE, Wash. — Greysen Gilman’s goal in stoppage time lifted Eisenhower to a stunning 3-2 victory over previously unbeaten Sunnyside in CBBN boys soccer Friday night.

The Cadets, who lost to Sunnyside 6-1 during their 0-5 start in league, fell behind early but grabbed a 2-1 lead at the break with goals from Cristian Lucatero and Oscar Toscano.

The Grizzlies, ranked second in the Seattle Times’ 3A state poll, tied the match in the 77th minute on Christian Chavez’s penalty kick.

Eisenhower goalkeeper Juan Rivera made seven saves.

Sunnyside (7-1, 13-1) still has a one-game lead and finishes the regular season next week with road games at Davis on Tuesday and Moses Lake on Friday. The Cadets (2-6, 6-7-1) host Wenatchee on Tuesday.

Davis (9-4-1) closes out the regular season next week hosting Sunnyside on Tuesday and visiting Wenatchee on Friday.
