Edward Daniel “Don” Gonsioroski, 94, of Yakima died Wednesday at Crescent Health Care. Mr. Gonsioroski was born in Wibaux, Mont., and served in the CCC in Montana before joining in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He worked for several aircraft manufacturers in Southern California. He moved to Eastern Montana after retiring and moved to Moxee in 1995. He also worked as a carpenter, tile layer and woodworker.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda of Yakima; three sons, Edward of Yakima, Alan of Anchorage, Alaska, and David of Moxee; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Vigil services will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home in Yakima. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. March 15 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Moxee. Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
