Margarito Gonzalez, 70, of Granger died Thursday at home. Mr. Gonzalez was born in Mexico and had lived in Granger more than 40 years. He was a small-business owner in agriculture and drove truck.
Survivors include his wife, Elida Gonzalez of Granger; two sons, Margarito Gonzalez Jr., of Bellevue and Robert Gonzalez of Sunnyside; a daughter, Rachel Dillman of Woodinville; four brothers, Laurencio Gonzalez, Jesse Gonzalez, Roy Gonzalez and Rene Gonzalez; three sisters, Enedelia Perez, Cella Ovalle and Rachel Gonzalez; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, with recitation of the Rosary following at 6 p.m., all at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah. Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Zillah Resurrection Church.
