Glenola Baladez, 88, of Moxee died Thursday at Summitview Health Care Center. Mrs. Baladez was born in Orchard, Colo., and lived in Moxee for 60 years. She worked over 40 years at Snokist Cannery, retiring as supervisor in the peeling department.
Survivors include four children, Albert Baladez and Josie Harrington of Yakima, Pat Sauve and Sharon Dell of Moxee; two brothers, Pete Buena and Salvador Buena, both of Denver, Colo.; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday and from noon until 6 p.m. Wednesday, with a vigil service to follow, all at Brookside Funeral Home and Crematory, Moxee. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Moxee.
