ELLENSBURG, Wash .— Two Yakima women were injured Tuesday night when their car blew a tire and hit a guardrail on Interstate 82 about nine miles south of Ellensburg, the Washington State Patrol reported.
Driver Tarmarin Hill, 34, and passenger Regina Hill were taken to KVH Hospital in Ellensburg. A hospital representative said they were not publicly listed as patients as of Wednesday morning.
Troopers said they were westbound shortly after 8 p.m. when the Buick LaCrosse crashed.
Intoxicants were not involved and both women were wearing seat belts, according to a State Patrol news release.
