Yakima Greenway will offer a number of daily and ongoing activities during its Kiddin’ Around program this spring and summer. Check out this list of daily activities for May and June, and be sure to head to the daily calendar to read more about each.

June 20: Tumblin’ Around – Gymnastics Plus, 6:30-8 p.m.

June 21: Reform Fitness for Kids/Crossfit Reformation – Greenway, 10-11:30 a.m.

June 28: Zumba Kids/Zumba Kids JR – Zmoves Studio, 10-11 a.m.

Sesame Street LIVE 2014

Meet Sesame Street characters at the Yakima Valley Sundome during the show, “Make A New Friend.”

Annual Story Fest

Rotary’s annual Story Fest presents “Johnny Appleseed,” performed by the Traveling Lantern Theatre Company out of Portland, Ore. Kids will meet early American naturalist John Chapman, “Johnny Appleseed,” as he goes on an adventure through the westward-expanding nation. The show is geared toward kids from kindergarten through the 8th grade, but all are welcome.

Some school groups may be attending the presentation on May 21 or 22; the date below is open to the public.
